12:1 return by staffing analytics differently

A multinational telecoms operator could not hire fast enough to measure what it was spending. An augmented staffing model — a 30-person analytics team, part in-market and part networked out of India — served ecommerce, loyalty, self-service and content from one bench.

Challenge

A global telecoms operator needed an augmented analytics team that could work in Adobe across their websites and apps, supporting ecommerce, loyalty, self-service and content.

That meant agile test-and-learn and optimisation support, and improving their digital personalisation capability at the same time.

Solution

We stood up a 30-person team, blended between in-market people and networked delivery out of India, organised into squads that each owned a specific area of the business.

The squads delivered analytics enablement, reporting, insight generation and a fully governed optimisation programme. The insights and the testing recommendations produced multiple millions in incremental revenue.
